As the lead developer for Launch Now Titusville, Laura oversees converting two 1924 buildings into apartments, co-working, a food hall, and a placemaking destination on Florida's booming Space Coast. In Colorado, where she resides full-time, Laura's experience includes renovating dozens of buildings throughout Denver, including historic landmark buildings from the 1880s and office buildings in Denver's popular "Lodo" neighborhood.  

Laura spent her early career in Children's Television in creative and producer roles with the Jim Henson Company, Disney, and Reader's Digest. Her transition into real estate started with executive roles at both Exclusive Resorts and the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. For the past ten years, Laura was a branding consultant for Red Canyon Software, an award-winning technology and space exploration company. Laura is passionate about historic preservation and meritable design, as well as working with public / private entities to deliver projects on time and on budget. She is a visionary tying space exploration and sci-fi design into real estate on planet Earth. Laura is driven to engage, serve and lead the communities where she works. Laura is an active member of ULI and is enthusiastic about that organization's core principal surrounding the connection between health and the built environment. 

Laura holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and a M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from University of Denver. She also studied interior design. Laura grew up in Connecticut, Germany, France, and Belgium. She has traveled 100 countries and speaks degrees of French, German and Spanish, but prefers to mix them all together in the hopes that someone will understand. In her free time, Laura enjoys gardening, practicing Ashtanga yoga, doing African dance, playing ping pong, attending Modernism Week in Palm Springs, going to estate sales, and spending time with her family.
